Went to Ruperts to have my daughters Wiper motor replaced, I get a call next day and they tell me it wasn't the motor at all, turns out it was a loose bolt. He could have charged me the amount quoted and I wouldn't have known the difference. Honesty is what is genuinely lost in the service industry, but not at Ruperts. The lady that answers the phone is friendly and courteous, and so are the mechanics, Job well done!!
