Decent park.
Management and owners have no respect for anyone. They come into your yard with no permission and make threats of added charges on a daily basis. They are very petty. Must cut grass twice a week or they will do it and charge 95 bucks each time. The water supply is rusty and turns anything to mold over a day. Also it will ruin clothes if used to wash with. Dumpsters up front are always full then the park will complain if a trash bag or can is left on porch for even 5 minutes when there is no room in dumpsters. Park does not want to work with you on anything. Maintenance workers have zero respect for you or your property. They will run you and tell you how to live. Worst place ever to live and not recommended
