Driver doesn't check address, delivers to wrong house. Only way to reach driver (or ANYONE here) is through 800 number in Texas, and driver apparently doesn't check his messages, either, so finally calls 24 hours later, when he is already off work and can't be bothered to correct the problems he caused for at least ANOTHER 24 hours. He claims his boss okayed all of it. Request for call from boss has not been honored. Either he lied about the boss part or he didn't lie, and either way he should be fired and the boss should be fired. The only reason I gave one star is that I wasn't allowed to post it with NO stars, which is what the service deserves. Actually, it SHOULD be about MINUS 10 stars.

The lady packaged the laptop nicely and the shipping was reasonable! The home package arrived the next day at the same rate as express shipping! Very pleased!
